These Terms govern your access to and use of the Heemagar platform, including HR, payroll, attendance, leave, and related services.

1. Account & Access

You are responsible for account credentials and all actions performed through your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees are billed by plan. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

3. Client Data

You retain ownership of your organization data. Heemagar processes data to deliver services and support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or other users.

5. Security

Heemagar applies reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect data.

6. Service Changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features with appropriate notice where practical.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate based on plan terms. Data retention/export follows applicable policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
